Each month we shine the tasting spotlight on one of the country’s most popular wine varieties, styles or regions.

The tastings are organised to reflect the styles of wine that soar in popularity at certain times of the year. Sparkling wines, for instance, are in high demand during the festive season; rosé is a summer essential; full-bodied reds are a winter comfort. We also feature regular regional tastings, so you can explore all the major styles of a single region – typically including wines made from several different grape varieties – in depth.
